Welcome to Spira Guitars!
Spira Guitars combines modern instrument design with performance-focused features for players seeking powerful sound and comfortable playability.
The Spira V-407 brings seven-string versatility to an iconic V-shaped design. A roasted poplar body, a Canadian roasted maple neck, and an Ebony Tech fingerboard are paired with custom Spira Villain™ humbuckers, a fixed bridge, and black hardware.
The Finest Materials
The V-407 features a roasted poplar body paired with a Canadian roasted maple neck. Its Modern D neck profile and satin neck finish provide a smooth, comfortable playing feel, accommodating the wider fingerboard of its seven-string design.
The Ebony Tech fingerboard features 24 jumbo frets and a 14-inch radius, providing a relatively flat playing surface for chord work, string bends, and technical passages. A 48 mm bone nut accommodates the seven-string layout, while a dual-action truss rod allows adjustment of the neck relief.
Scale length varies by production version. Earlier instruments feature a 25.5-inch scale, with the specification updated to 26.5 inches in summer 2026.
High-Quality Hardware
Custom Spira Villain™ humbuckers with ceramic magnets deliver powerful, articulate tones suited to rock, metal, and high-gain playing. The HH configuration provides hum-canceling performance, while one volume control and one tone control allow straightforward adjustment of output and tonal character.
The fixed bridge provides a straightforward platform for setup and string adjustment. Black-finished tuning machines and matching hardware complement the instrument’s design.
Shine on Stage
The V-407’s angular V-shaped body makes a bold visual statement, complemented by a satin finish and black hardware. Its roasted maple neck and dark Ebony Tech fingerboard add contrasting tones to the overall look.
Whether you are playing extended-range riffs, exploring expressive solos, or recording layered rhythm tracks, the V-407 combines an assertive appearance with contemporary seven-string performance features.
