Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kairon Guitars! We appreciate your trust and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window — You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
General Terms — Items must be returned in their original, as-shipped condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation included, and showing no signs of use. Returns that do not meet this standard will be subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee. Products must show no signs of use, wear, damage, modification, string changes, or installation/setup beyond standard inspection. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or rejection, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items — Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products; gift cards; items marked final sale or clearance; products showing signs of use, damage, or modification.
How to Start a Return — 1) Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our contact page with your order number and reason for the return. 2) We'll send return instructions and the return address. 3) Pack the item securely in its original packaging. 4) Ship it back using a trackable method.
Return Shipping Costs — Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or not as described, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive an item in different condition than described, contact us immediately upon receipt.
Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges — Subject to product availability and the same condition requirements as returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items — Contact us right away with photos of the item and packaging. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, at no extra cost to you.
Order Cancellations — We can only cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once shipped, it's treated as a standard return.
International Return Policy — 30-day window from delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We refund the product price, excluding original shipping. Defective products are resolved at no extra cost. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees on returns.
