General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use or a 15%-25% restocking fee will be held.
Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Any and all inquiries of receiving an item "in a different condition than described" needs to be addressed immediately upon receival of item in question.
Products must show no signs of use, wear, damage, modification, or installation beyond standard inspection.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refund or rejection at our discretion.
Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or not as described, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

International Return Policy Info
If you are outside the Continental United States, you have a 30-day window to return the product if you are not satisfied with it. Return expenses will be at your own cost. We will process a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).
In the event that you receive a defective product, we will take care of resolving the issue at no extra cost.
