The Spira S-400 Headless brings a compact, ergonomic design to modern rock and metal playing. A roasted poplar body, a Canadian roasted maple neck, and a matching fingerboard are paired with custom Spira Villain™ humbuckers and a dedicated headless bridge system.
The Finest Materials
The S-400 Headless features a roasted poplar body paired with a Canadian roasted maple neck. Its Modern D neck profile offers a contemporary playing feel suited to precise rhythm work and technical lead passages.
The Canadian roasted maple fingerboard features 24 jumbo frets and a 14-inch radius, providing a relatively flat playing surface for chord work, string bends, and advanced techniques. A 25.5-inch scale length and a 43 mm bone nut complete the specifications, while a dual-action truss rod allows adjustment of the neck relief.
High-Quality Hardware
Custom Spira Villain™ humbuckers with ceramic magnets deliver powerful output with tight lows, focused mids, and clear highs that remain articulate under high gain. The HH configuration provides hum-canceling performance, while one volume control and one tone control allow straightforward adjustment of output and tonal character.
The headless bridge system features individual string saddles and brass contact points. Independent string adjustment allows precise setup and intonation, with tuning handled at the bridge rather than by conventional headstock-mounted tuning machines. Black hardware completes the instrument’s modern design.

Electronics and Pickups: We test the pickups and controls for proper operation.
Neck and Frets: We examine the neck and frets and make appropriate setup adjustments.
String and Pickup Height: We adjust the action and pickup height for balanced playability and response.
Intonation: We adjust the intonation to help the guitar play accurately across the fingerboard.
This service, normally valued at approximately $60, is included at no additional charge with your guitar purchase.

Secure Packaging
After preparing your guitar, we pack it inside an additional cardboard shipping box to provide extra protection during transit.
Return Policy
Items must be returned in their original, as-shipped condition, with all original packaging and no signs of use. Returns that do not meet these requirements are subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in a condition that differs from its description. Any discrepancy between the item’s received condition and its description must be reported immediately upon receipt.
