Is this the same as a custom setup?
Not quite. Our 5-point inspection makes sure your guitar arrives in optimal factory condition, ready to play. If you'd like a custom setup (new strings, special action, pickup installation, etc.), we're happy to do it as an additional paid service — just ask before your guitar ships.
Wood & Climate
Guitars are made of wood, and wood reacts to its environment. Changes in humidity and temperature between regions can slightly affect neck relief, which may cause minor buzzing in the first frets or small changes in string height. This doesn't mean your guitar wasn't checked — a light adjustment after arrival is normal and expected, especially if you have personal preferences.
