The order was promptly entered, packaged and shipped. The trem arrived in perfect condition as it was expertly packed. In these days, customer service us a great selling point. You have more than earned my repeat business!! The trem kicks ass, I am 100% satisified.
Only been about a week but I really am loving this bridge. Was very easy to swap out, it feels very much like a music man tremolo in my opinion. I may swap out the modern trem on my Kotzen Strat also.
I’ve been looking for the Vega Trem VT1 and shopping around for the best price. I found it and jumped on it right away. I received the Trem very quickly. It was packaged well. All parts were accounted for. No chips or damage to anything. BTW. If you are looking for a great upgrade Tremolo for a Strat. The VT1 is it!!!
Mechanically speaking the tremolo showed up in flawless condition. However there was some very minor chipping in the black finish on the tremolo arm. Not really a problem but for almost $300 id prefer that not to be the case.
